We accept PayPal Only. All cases are hand-made to order as soon as payment is received. If you need to cancel your order please do so within 48 hours.
All products ordered will remain the property of Giftmug until we have delivered the products to the address specified by. If your payment is not received and you have already received the products you ordered from us, you must pay for or return those products to us in accordance with our reasonable return instructions and in the same condition that you received them at your own expense. If you do not do this within 2 days of the date on which we cancel your order, we may collect or arrange for collection of the products at your expense. We reserve the right to charge you for any and all damage to (or other adverse interference with) any products that are the subject of an unpaid order.
Giftmug does not hold any customer card details. After the order confirmation page you may be redirected to a page hosted by your bank, which will prompt you for a password. If you don't know or have lost your password you will need to contact your bank, as this page is designed to stop fraudulent use of your card online.Payments are made through a secure server hosted by PayPal.
